I have a harbor freight hand truck where the tires were dead. the shaft was 5/8 and the largest ones while tight did work. I have used it for a few months now and no issues, so calling it good. now i also have a bunch or backups and lock nute in case i ever need them (not sure i ever will but hey another fastener in the drawer is better than a possible hardware store trip later)

I bought these to repair the my lawn mower which had steel starlock washers which became rusty and broke causing the wheel to fall off. Stainless steel should not rust. Worked great!
