The crazy evolutionary stuff isn’t this, as it makes sense to progressively develop a longer feeding apparatus to eat ever deeper flowers. The ones that don’t make sense to me are when the trait wouldn’t help until it was functional and finished. Something like venomous snakes for example, how the fuck did they evolve venom from no venom? Like the first generation going that direction may have a TINY start of some organ to make venom, but how would that be a biological advantage to make those have more success until it was fully formed like 10k generations later...
