Update drivers. Check your Temperatures. Open your pc and clean it (NOT WITH WATER) Do you have an SSD installed? If not, go buy an SSD and install it. It should Contain your OS and games, so go buy 1 TB

Sounds like thermal throttling. Repaste your CPU, unclog all fans and that doesn't work, get better cooling.

Sounds like a cooling issue. Is the paste applied correctly to your cpu? Make sure the fans are all blowing the right way. Install software to check temps, should be below 80°.

check the fans, maybe its a temperature issue check if you have the most recent driver if u can, try another VGA, see if the issue persists check motherboard, CPU and memory temperature aswell download a benchmark software too last but not least: clean it all up, re apply thermal paste too hope it helps

Plug your monitor into your dedicated graphics card, not the integrated one.

Do you have a HDD or a SSD? Did you already Check your Hardware that it isn't faulty (e.g. RAM)? Is your Power Unit big enought for the Hardware? Ever opend Task Manager when the Problem occures and looked for a bottle neck?
